[38:36] The combination of exercise, meditation, visualization, and self-review, are the key things that you need to be able to maintain and sustain peak performance.
[41:06] When you start to become very self-aware, you will then identify behavior and patterns in your trading and emotion.
[43:29] As a trader, you need to develop and build the habit and the knowledge, and focus on self-awareness.
