1. Overview
These Terms govern your access to and use of digital products, memberships, and websites operated by Ziba Online Limited, including:

Trading Nut (tradingnut.com) – educational media, interviews, and trading resources

Dynamic Traders Club (DTC) – membership community, educational courses, and related tools
ZOL also owns the TraderZen app (traderzen.app), which has its own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
By accessing or purchasing through any of these properties (collectively, the Services), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our [Privacy Policy]. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
2. Educational Purpose Only
All content, courses, discussions, alerts, and software tools are provided for educational and informational purposes only.
We do not provide financial advice, investment services, portfolio management, or access to trading capital.
Examples, case studies, and trade discussions are illustrative only and should not be construed as specific trading recommendations.
Always consult a licensed financial professional before placing trades or investments.
3. Accounts and Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to create an account or purchase any Service.
You agree to keep login details confidential and accept responsibility for activity under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
4. Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds
Certain Services (e.g., Dynamic Traders Club memberships and course bundles) use recurring billing through authorized payment processors such as Stripe, or PayPal.
Billing & Renewals
Your subscription will renew automatically each billing cycle unless you cancel before the next payment date.
You can cancel anytime via your account portal or by contacting support@tradingnut.com.
Refund Policy

Refunds are available only in cases of duplicate payment, technical delivery failure, or non-access to purchased content.

Once full digital access is granted, all sales are final.

Refunds cannot be granted for trading performance, results, or subjective satisfaction.

5. Intellectual Property
All content, videos, graphics, code, designs, logos, and course materials belong to ZOL or its licensors.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for personal educational purposes only.
Copying, redistributing, or re-selling content without written consent is strictly prohibited.
6. Community Conduct
Our communities (including Discord or private forums) are intended for respectful educational discussion.
You agree not to post anything defamatory, illegal, promotional, or that infringes the rights of others.
ZOL may remove content or revoke access for misconduct at its discretion.
7. Third-Party Integrations
Our Services may interface with third-party platforms such as TradingView, Discord, or payment gateways.
Use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
ZOL is not responsible for third-party content or availability.
8. Feature Access & Post Trading Day Reviews
Certain features, including Post Trading Day Reviews (PTDRs), are available only to active members of our Discord community.
To maintain PTDR access, members must contribute at least three meaningful posts per week that support learning, discussion, or community engagement.
Members who become inactive or fail to meet this participation level may have their PTDR access paused or removed until activity resumes.
ZOL reserves the right to determine what constitutes a “meaningful post” and to adjust these activity requirements as needed to maintain a vibrant and collaborative community environment.
9. Risk Disclosure
Trading financial markets involves substantial risk of loss.
You may lose all or more of the funds you trade or invest with.
Past performance does not guarantee future results.
Any examples or member experiences shown are individual and non-representative.
ZOL makes no warranty that you will achieve profits or specific outcomes.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZOL, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the Services.
If liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant Service.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZOL, its officers, and agents from any claims or expenses arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.
12. International use
Our Services are controlled and operated from New Zealand. We make no representation that the content or materials available through our Services are appropriate or available for use in other locations. Access to our Services from territories where their content is illegal or restricted is prohibited.
If you access or use our Services from outside New Zealand, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for complying with all local laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including any laws regarding online conduct, educational content, and digital purchases.
You are also responsible for ensuring that participation in any educational activities or discussions offered through our Services does not violate any laws or restrictions applicable to you.
We may restrict access to certain products or features in specific countries or regions if required by local laws or regulatory obligations.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
Any dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration in Wellington, New Zealand under the Arbitration Act 1996.
Class actions and representative proceedings are waived.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to any Service at any time for breach of these Terms or misuse of content.
Sections 5 through 11 survive termination.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. The latest version will always be posted at https://tradingnut.com/termsofservice.
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
