Rob Booker is a well-known trader in the industry. He is a 17 year veteran when it comes to trading who became profitable 11 months into the process.
His trading career can be summed up into four phases; support and resistance years, interest rates differential trading (carry trade), divergence trading, and now a full time robotic trader with his trading robot the “FINCH”.
In the podcast Rob discusses:
- The difference between a making money and trading
- The story behind Knoxville Divergence
- How the right support and resistance foundation can benefit any trader
- The importance of rational thinking in trading
Great interview – made all the better with your wife’s sexy introduction.
Rob’s insights really resonated with my style of trading and have given me new confidence to scale up a few of my robots that I have been testing for the last month or so since joining your AMT program. Please, please code the “Finch” in FxDreama for the group as your next project.
Haha, I keep telling her, she should get her own show. If you read this and agree post below.
Kev, you’ll be able to build it yourself with what you learned in the course, right 😉
Yes, she definitely should… and she can add me as her 1st subscriber.
I could possibly figure it out how to code Rob’s strategy eventually, but might struggle a bit with implementing his Knoxville Divergence Indicator. You, on the other hand, could use ‘The Finch’ as a prime example on how to use a custom indicator – in a fraction of the time that it would take me! 😉
I did have a quick play, and it’s fairly easy to do, but I have another system I’m concentrating on at the moment… so trying not to get distracted…
I’ve passed on your message, but I still don’t think she’s keen… haha
Great interview. Booker is great.
I’ve checked out a stack of books that various people have recommended over the podcasts but the recommendation of “A guide to rational living” was one rarely mentioned and was an excellent recommendation, much appreciated, thanks.
