We offer a 14 day Money Back Guarantee on any 3rd party courses we sell. Please email us at support@tradingnut.com within 14 days of your purchase date if you’d like to request a refund.
Memberships
Monthly membership fees for are not refundable. You can, however, cancel the membership at any time via the members area or by contacting us.
Auto Pass
Provide proof of your Algo Challenge account failing to pass either Phase 1 or Phase 2 of the challenge via a screenshot of this page (https://app.fundingpips.com) in your account. If this matches with what we can see from the account details you provided and you did not place any trades on the account yourself, then a 100% refund will be given on your Auto Pass payment.
Please email us at support@tradingnut.com within 7 days of your challenge failing to request a refund.
Note, this does not include refunds for the Funding Pips Algo Challenge.
Other products
The Algo Funder Mastermind, Robot Builders Club, Interview Credits, Traders Archive and Trading Mentors Match-off products are non-refundable.
