You’ll witness plenty of fast “in and out” trades on Gold (XAUUSD). These trades are taken on the 1, 5 and 10 minute charts using a mix of market, limit, and stop order entries.
You can also expect a few Forex trades each week using the 15 minute and 1 hour charts. These are almost always limit order entries with a dynamic take profit.
